*Annual payments are due by August 1st, or upon enrollment. Quarterly payments are due upon enrollment, November 1st, February 1st, and May 1st. If starting mid-year, amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

1) Application Fee $50 per family

• Secures spot on Applicant Waitlist

• Applied to Enrollment Fee upon acceptance

2) Non-refundable Enrollment Fee: $350

• Due upon enrollment

3) Multi-Child Discount 5% for each additional child

4) Finance Charges

• 4% increase for Quarterly payment plans

5) Late Payment Fee

• A late charge of $25 will be automatically assessed to your account if any payment is not received by the due date and for each subsequent month that the account carries a past due balance.

6) Non Payment

• ALCA (Awaken Life Christian Academy) requires a written payment plan for any account more than 60 days past due. If a written payment plan is not in place and the account has amounts that are 90 days or more past due, ALCA reserves the right to suspend your child(ren). If a family is suspended on multiple occasions, ACLA reserves the right to dismiss your child(ren).
